records. We use debt to income ratios to be certain
that the tenant will be able to afford the property to
avoid or lessen the chances of a costly eviction.

Hotz Realty Property Management will

collection. We handle all tenant notices,
correspondence and escrow accounts in accordance
with the Florida Real Estate Commission and the
Florida Statutes governing Landlord Tenant
obligations. All new tenants are provided with a
tenant handbook outlining their responsibilities to
the property and are held strictly to this. On-site
exterior property inspections are performed monthly
as well a semi-annual inspections of the property
interior. Rents are dispersed monthly with
accompanying statements and receipts.
